Practice Questionnaire

Towards the end of last year the Practice carried out a patient questionnaire for a period of a month. During this time 475 questionnaires were handed out and 458 were completed.

We would like to thank all of the patients who kindly completed a questionnaire and have listed below some of the feedback received for your information;

“Very approachable staff. This applies equally to doctors, nurses and receptionists. I have always felt valued and welcome. An emergency surgery on a Saturday would be wonderful. Thanks for all the care and welcoming ethos. Compared with our previous experiences at GP surgeries this one is wonderful”

“Overall I am very satisfied with my health care and I have been attending the Practice for over 40 years”

“Doctors are always available and generally excellent. I feel weekend opening could be improved”
